Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does it work?

You have your package sent in your name to our shipping address on the Contact Us page. You then notify us by email or phone that you have a package(s) being shipped. Upon arrival of your package, we will contact you to let you know it has arrived and to arrange a pickup date and time.

2. What are brokerage fees?

When a package is shipped to Canada from the US it has to be cleared by Customs. This is done by a broker and they charge a fee for this service. Very often, the brokerage fee can be more than the value of your package! By picking the package(s) up your self you avoid paying brokerage fees. It also takes longer to receive your package when it has to go through a broker.

3. Is there a membership fee?

No, there is no membership fee. Just a flat rate per package.

4. How do I know this is legit and that I will receive my package?

First off, it would be against Federal law if we were not legit. You also have our address, phone number and email address which you can use to contact us during our business hours. We have people and businesses already using our service on a regular basis. Be sure to check out our Testimonials page.
